  • NCA led the entitlement efforts for this $600M project to be co-developed by NCA and Lyon Communities
  • Designed as a high density mixed-use project (buildings between 5-12 stories) and located along Great Mall Parkway across from Simon Property’s Great Mall
  • Includes 4 buildings with 1,185 for-rent residential units, 130,000 sf of retail space (including a high-quality organic foods grocer) and a 175 room luxury hotel
  • Designed as an exciting retail corridor with upscale stores and restaurants similar to Santana Row in San Jose
  • Adjacent to an existing light rail station and near a new BART station (currently under construction).

  • Part of the entitlement efforts led by NCA for the District; Properties will be sold to 3rd parties for development
  • Centre Point and Houret are high density townhome projects located adjacent to the retail center in The District
  • Centre Point comprises 241 townhomes, including 217 three story units and 24 four story units
  • It will be surrounded by 100 Taylor Morrison townhomes, the future site of The District, a proposed 681 unit project by Summerhill Homes, and the future Houret development
